On February 23, 2012, The Obama Administration unveiled it's Internet Privacy Bill of Rights which is aimed at protecting the rights of consumer's online. One of the main reason I support President Obama is his concern for the privacy of consumers on the Internet. He is supportive of strengthening privacy protection, and holding the government and businesses accountable for any violations on the personal privacy of the consumer. The purpose of the Privacy Bill of Rights is to put the consumer's trust back in business, strengthening the economy. I am in support of giving the consumer the right to opt-out of being tracked for their personal information.
