As more and more users flock to the Internet, more and ore users are releasing their personal information into the hands of data-miners, whose purpose is to redistribute your personal information, sometimes for a purpose, sometimes without your permission or knowledge. As a senator who not only represents her state of West Virginia, but also the nation as a whole, I strive to ensure that the rights we have been guaranteed in the Constitution as Citizens of the United States follows us to cyberspace, and protect us from over-reaching businesses and the government alike.
